All staff at Hotel Kamilla **** will do their utmost to make your stay enjoyable and smooth. Our guest information contains the services of our hotel in detail.

Adapter – The reception provides an adapter and socket for international use free of charge on request.

Bed linen change – Bed linen is min. For stays of 7 nights we change twice. Please specify bed linen requirements at reception.

Basic services – In addition to the accommodation, the room rate for our guests includes the following services: breakfast or half board, unlimited use of our hotel’s spa pool, bathrobe, use of parking, use of wifi.

Bar – The bar is open from 07:00 until 23:00.

Security – The hotel does not accept any liability for valuables stored in the hotel rooms. Please place your valuables in the in-room safe. If there is not enough space, we can keep it in the safe at the reception.

Bus Parking – In the car park opposite the hotel.

Check in – check out – Hotel rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please leave the room by 10:00. Early arrivals and late departures (up to 14:00) are subject to availability. The fee for both services is HUF 5,000 / person. Hotel rooms must be booked by 20:00 on the day of arrival. Please arrive later. If you leave the hotel, please collect the magnetic card at reception.

Shoe Shine – Included in the room. A shoe shine machine is available in the hotel lobby.

Luggage storage – Free of charge at reception.

Luggage delivery – Please indicate your needs at the reception.

Smoking – No smoking in the entire hotel! Our rooms are non-smoking. Our smoking guests can smoke 5 meters from the entrance of our hotel or in a designated area of ​​our terrace.

Drink bar – The drink bar of our hotel offers a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Opening hours: 07: 00-23: 00

Personal electrical appliances – It is FORBIDDEN to store flammable, explosive substances in the hotel room, to operate coffee machines, kettles, irons and other electrical appliances! Please indicate your ironing or laundry needs at the reception!

Spa pool – Our hotel’s spa pool can be used by our guests at their own risk. It is strictly forbidden to use glass or glass in the pool and on its shore!

Fault report – Please report any technical faults in the room at reception.

Cold package – In case of departure before 07.00 we provide breakfast in the form of a cold package, in case of arrival after 21.00 dinner is provided in the form of in-room preparation. Please indicate this at the reception by 18:00 on the day before departure.
