All staff members at Hotel Kamilla**** are committed to ensuring your stay is joyful and seamless. Our guest information provides detailed descriptions of our services.
Adapter – International adapters are available free of charge upon request at the reception.
Bed Linen Change – Bed linens are changed twice during stays of at least 7 nights. For additional changes or if you prefer not to have them changed, please inform the reception.
Basic Services – Room rates include accommodation, breakfast or half-board, unlimited use of our thermal pool, bathrobe, parking, and Wi-Fi.
Baby Equipment – High chairs, bottle warmers, baby mattresses, and baby bathtubs are available free of charge.
Bar – Open daily from 07:00 to 23:00.
Security – The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in rooms. Please use the in-room safe or the safe at the reception for larger items.
Bus Parking – Available in the parking area opposite the hotel.
Check-in / Check-out – Rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out (until 14:00) are subject to availability and cost HUF 5,000 per person. Please occupy your room by 20:00 on the day of arrival; inform us in advance if arriving later. Upon departure, please return your key card to the reception. Self check-in and check-out options are available for contactless service.
Shoe Horn – Provided in all rooms.
Shoe Cleaning – A shoe cleaning machine is available in the hotel lobby.
Luggage Storage – Available free of charge at the reception.
Luggage Delivery – Please inform the reception if you require assistance.
Smoking – Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. Designated smoking areas are located 5 meters from the entrance and on the terrace.
Drink Bar – Offers a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Open from 07:00 to 23:00.
Personal Electrical Devices – Use of flammable or explosive materials, coffee makers, kettles, irons, and other electrical devices in rooms is prohibited. Please contact the reception for ironing or laundry services.
Umbrella – Available upon request at the reception.
Wake-Up Call – Can be arranged through the reception.
Quiet Hours – Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure all guests’ comfort.
First Aid Kit – Basic medications, bandages, and thermometers are available at the reception.
Food Allergies – We offer lactose-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-white-free, and vegetarian meal options. Please inform us of any dietary requirements before arrival.
Dining – Half-board includes dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast on the day of departure. Meal times: Breakfast 07:00–10:00, Dinner 18:00–21:00. Lunch is available à la carte. Please consume buffet offerings in the restaurant only.
Extra Blanket/Pillow – Available upon request at the reception.
Payment Methods – We accept cash (HUF and EUR), credit cards (VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard, Maestro), and SZÉP cards (OTP, MKB, K&H Bank).
Bathrobe – Provided in rooms. If the size is unsuitable, please contact the reception.
Baby Cot – Available upon request at the reception.
Thermal Pool – Use of the thermal pool is at your own risk. Glass containers are strictly prohibited in and around the pool area.
Hair Dryer – Available in all bathrooms.
Maintenance Issues – Please report any technical issues in your room to the reception.
Packed Meals – For departures before 07:00, breakfast can be provided as a packed meal. For arrivals after 21:00, dinner can be arranged in your room. Please inform the reception by 18:00 the day before.
Writing Materials – Pencils and notepads are provided in rooms.
Playroom – Located on the first floor. Board games and children’s books are available in the lobby bar.
Camera System – For your safety, the hotel premises are monitored by a CCTV system.
Damages – Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
Bicycle Rental – Available free of charge at the reception. We offer women’s, men’s, and children’s bicycles. A secure bike storage area is provided.
Pets – Small pets are allowed in designated rooms for HUF 5,000 per pet per night. Please inform us at the time of booking.
Conference Room – Our 50-person conference room is equipped with a projector, laptop, screen, and flip chart, suitable for trainings, events, and private functions.
Pillow Selection – Various pillow types (feather, foam, anti-allergenic) are available upon request at the reception.
Massage – Our massage room is located on the second floor. Please book in advance at the reception.
Local Attractions and Programs – Information and brochures about local attractions and events are available in the hotel lobby.
Visitors – Only registered guests are allowed in rooms. Please meet visitors in the lobby.
Air Conditioning – Rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning.
Laundry and Ironing Services – Available for a fee. Laundry collected by 09:00 will be returned within 24 hours.
Daily Cleaning – Rooms are cleaned daily. If you prefer not to have your room cleaned, please use the „Do Not Disturb” sign.
Printing and Scanning – Personal and secure printing and scanning services are available free of charge in the hotel lobby.
Slippers – Available upon request at the reception.
Pillow Menu – A variety of pillows (feather, shredded memory foam, contoured memory foam) are available. Please contact the reception to choose.
Reception – Open 24 hours.
Complaints – Please report any complaints about our services or staff to the reception or a manager during your stay. We cannot accept complaints after check-out.
Toiletries – Shaving foam, razors, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are available free of charge at the reception.
Shampoo – The dispensers in the showers contain a product suitable for both shampoo and body wash.
Bathroom Chair – Available upon request for added comfort. Please contact the reception.
Room Account – Additional food and beverage charges can be billed to your room account.
Room Service – Available from 07:00 to 23:00 for beverage service.
Lost and Found – Items left behind are kept for six months. We can mail them upon request.
Telephone – Room phones are for internal calls only. For external calls, please contact the reception (dial 300). Key extensions: Restaurant – 309, Housekeeping – 306.
Television – Rooms offer multilingual TV channels. A detailed channel list is available at the end of the guest information.
Towel Change – Towels are changed daily upon request. Please inform the reception.
Charging Station – Various chargers are available at the reception.
Transfer Service – Please contact the reception to arrange transfers.
Fire Alarm System – The building is equipped with a fire alarm system and fire extinguishers. Rooms have smoke detectors. In case of fire, an alarm will sound. Please follow the evacuation routes posted on your room door. Remember to turn off electrical devices when leaving your room.
Iron – Irons and ironing boards are available upon request at the reception.
Sewing Kit – Available upon request at the reception.
Emergency Exit – Evacuation routes are posted in rooms, corridors, and stairwells.
